Payment Process and Terms 

​HOW DOES IT WORK?​​

At IVDx Media, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to project payment terms. Please read the following carefully:

​

Standard Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to confirm and secure all projects. This deposit must be paid before any work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

Last-Minute Job Requests (30–14 Days Prior)
For projects booked within 30 to 14 days of the project start date, a 50% deposit is required prior to commencement.

Written confirmation (a Purchase Order or email from your finance team) is also required.

Short-Notice Projects (Less than 14 Days’ Notice)
For projects booked with less than 14 days’ notice, full payment is required prior to commencement.

If payment is not received in full before the start date, the project will be cancelled, and no work will be carried out.

​

Events and Conferences – Same-Day Turnaround
For events requiring same-day video delivery, a 50% deposit must be paid prior to the event commencement date.
If payment is not made in advance, completed videos cannot be released.

​

Final Deliverables and Ownership
  • Final 4K resolution videos will only be released upon full payment.

  • Until payment is complete:

    • Previews will include a watermark.

    • Video files will be delivered in 1080p HD.

    • Copyright remains the property of IVDx Media, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

 
Payment Methods
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (details provided on invoices).

  • All invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

Late Payments

Late payment fees may apply as per our Terms and Conditions. Timely payment ensures no delays to your project delivery.
